Office Manager – Paris Office

What you’ll be doing

We are seeking our first proactive Office Manager to join our very new brand Paris office (2e arrondissement) and take ownership of various office support functions. This role involves setting up and maintaining office functionalities, providing support for facilities, events, and projects, and ensuring a pleasant work environment for our team.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do (non-exhaustive):

• Organize office layout and order stationery, equipment, and supplies;
• Manage / maintain relationships with 3rd party contractors / suppliers (Property Management, Telecom, Insurance…)
• Manage all issues that the building can have
• Order and oversee new hires IT packages (Laptop, badges, bag pack…)
• Propose and organize events and activities to improve employee commitment, such as team lunches, team building, afterwork events, etc..;
• Coordinate business travel arrangements and internal events;

Who you are

You’ll enjoy working with us if you want to work at a fast-growing startup. You have strong communications and interpersonal skills, like to identify problems and solve them, and have the ability to confidentially handle sensitive and non-routine information.

You should have top-notch office management experience (experience with GSuite and Zoom), a positive and can-do attitude, and a no-job-is-too-big-or-too-small mindset. You’re excited to work with our local team members in Paris and from all over the world, have worked at a high-growth tech company before, and have a strong bias for action, impact, and execution.

An interest for the AI/Machine Learning world will be a great plus for this role.
