Your tasks

Overall, the OKR Process Manager support to ensure that the OKRs (Objective Key Results) are used as an effective tool for strategic alignment and target achievement at Voith Paper P&S in Europe
successful introduction, implementation and optimization of the OKR process at Voith Paper P&S in Europe and focuses on providing training formats for our colleagues and teams, full support of the OKR cycle and support in the implementation of the corporate strategy based on OKRs.
Work with teams and leaders to support them in defining challenging, measurable and time-bound OKRs.
Local HR Systems management, control & reporting (Zucchetti & HR1 / Pep)
Support on employees on boarding / exit processes.
HR projects support
HR related admin tasks

your profile

Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics or social sciences
Experienced with standardized project management methods, with agile instruments and comparable approaches.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Excellent coaching and conflict management skills.
A high level of communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of hierarchies and stakeholders.
Distinct analytical, conceptual skills, quick comprehension as well as a business-trained mindset and comprehensive understanding of complex issues.
