As an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and key interface between our organization and clients. Your mission will be to understand clients’ operational, maintenance, and technical needs, offering innovative and effective solutions to enhance their operations.Client Collaboration & Relationship Building

• Be the trusted advisor for clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through open communication and regular engagement.
• Identify opportunities to introduce innovative products, services, or upgrades that align with client goals.

Operational & Maintenance Support

• Help clients improve plant performance by analyzing operational data and offering actionable insights.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend asset lifecycles.
• Promote proactive approaches to maintenance and performance optimization.

Proposal Development & Project Delivery

• Define service scopes and prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate and competitive solutions.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission, you should consider the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Technical knowledge of Hydrogen/Syngas production or Ethylene/Olefin plants.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Hydrogen/Syngas or Ethylene/Olefin plants, with at least 2 years in a project, sales, business, or operational role.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Client-oriented mindset: Ability to investigate client needs and act accordingly.
• Strategic orientation: Establish long-term targets and translate them into actionable plans.
• Initiative: Proactively recognize opportunities and act on them.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
