Together, we shape the evolution.The OpportunityWe are currently looking for a Backoffice Specialist with German to join our growing team supporting business operations for our key markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and accurate customer onboarding and maintenance processes.Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Set-up and maintenance of new and existing customers in our systems.
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
• Independent processing of requests from our customers, partners and third parties, according to our SLA’s and quality requirements.
• Make changes and additions to clients’ accounts.
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Close cooperation with Sales Department.

• Very good verbal and written business communication skills in German and English.

• Fluency in Polish.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization.
