Online Store Specialist

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Online Store Specialist to join our all-star, growing team in Milan!Our Online Store Management team plays a key role in driving the development and execution of seasonal operating plans designed to capture global sales for our brand partners’ online stores.What you’ll do:Ensure that the online store and its overall look and feel are consistently aligned with the brand’s identity and strategic goalsIndependently coordinate and supervise digital catalog creation, shooting plans, and visual guidelines, ensuring timely and high-quality executionManage and optimize the flow of goods and pricing strategies in line with the brand partner’s retail and delivery plansLead searchandising activities and oversee the implementation of commercial and editorial calendars, including promotions and newslettersSupervise the end-to-end process of product descriptions and translations, collaborating with internal and external copywriting teamsCoordinate onsite activities and go-live processes for seasonal launches, new collections, and special projectsMonitor, analyze and interpret site performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and brand partnersAct as a key point of contact across cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Tech) and external service providers, ensuring operational excellence and seamless communicationProactively identify areas of improvement and propose initiatives to optimize processes and enhance online store performanceWhat we’re looking for:Academic background in Economics, Management, Marketing, or similar fieldsProven experience (2-3+ years) in e-commerce, ideally within fashion, design, or luxury sectorsStrong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured and proactive approach to problem solvingAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and solid knowledge of PowerPoint and WordFluency in both Italian and EnglishHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders at various levels of seniorityA collaborative attitude paired with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projectsWhat we offer:Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offersLearning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and The Breakfast Club projectsBe part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (30+nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
