• Ejecutar los procesos de producción desde la recepción de materiales hasta el embalaje final.
• Garantizar la entrega de productos de calidad desde el primer intento.
• Realizar mantenimiento básico de equipos y reportar fallos.
• Participar activamente en mejoras continuas, tanto individuales como en equipo.
• Aplicar las normas de seguridad y salud en todo momento.
• Contribuir a la limpieza y organización del entorno de trabajo.

Requsitos:

• Conocimiento básico de normas de salud y seguridad.
• Deseable experiencia en producción o entornos industriales.
• Capacidad para entender necesidades de clientes internos y dar soluciones prácticas.
• Buena comunicación escrita y verbal para trabajar con diferentes equipos.
• Organización, gestión del tiempo y capacidad para priorizar tareas.
