Finishing operations of the Stryker products according to general or product specific procedures

Finir la fabrication des produits Stryker suivant les procédures générales ou spécifiques aux produits

Primary Responsibilities – Principales responsabilités :

• Perform manual or automatic finishing operations ex deburring, sanding….

• Perform laser marking operations

• Perform assembly operations by press, laser welding or other….

• Perform control operations

• possibly perform the packaging operations (see OP packaging job profile)

• Ensure preventive maintenance of TPM equipment

• Fill in the associated documents or the different MES, EAM… type software.

• Actor of the 5S and Lean workshops of the workshop

• Actively participate in the life of the EHS process by collaborating on various assessments and analyzes led by the EHS department

• Réaliser les opérations de finition manuelle ou automatique par ex ébavurage, sablage ….

• Réaliser les opérations de marquage

• Réaliser les opérations d’assemblage par presse, soudure laser ou autre ….

• Réaliser les opérations de contrôle

• Réaliser éventuellement les opérations d’emballage (voir profil de poste OP emballage)

• Assurer l’entretien préventif des équipements TPM

• Remplir les documents associer ou les différents logiciel type MES, EAM….

• Acteur des chantiers 5S et Lean de l’atelier

• Participe activement à la vie du système HSE par la collaboration aux évaluations et analyses diverses menées par le service HSE

Additional responsibilities for referent role within the substitute team – Responsabilités complémentaires en cas de rôle de référent de l’équipe de suppléance :

• Ensure the continuity and good functioning of production activity (Communication, Compliance with instructions, planning, etc.) while ensuring production according to general or specific Stryker procedures (Machining / Finishing),

• Ensure compliance with the internal regulations,

• Compliance with procedures,

• Ensure the production flow (Priority, material output, …)

• Assurer la continuité et le bon fonctionnement de l’activité de production (Communication, Respect des consignes, planning, …) tout en assurant la production suivant les procédures générales ou spécifiques de Stryker (Usinage / Finition),

• S’assurer du respect du règlement intérieur,

• Respect des procédures,

• Assurer le flux de production (Priorité, sortie matière, …)

• Total respect of all Stryker procedures
