• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team (sales, contracts, technicians) to foster collaboration, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project execution and coordinate on-site interventions, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, initiating corrective actions, and fostering a culture of progress.
• Ensure compliance with ABB’s Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards, proactively managing risks and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in electrotechnics or industrial engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing managers in a technical or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of project management, including cost, time, and quality control
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Proven leadership with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
• Fluent in French and proficient in English
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards
