To secure efficient processes throughout the stores. To lead and manage IKEA Food. Accountable for overall availability, quality of basics operations and receive payment process. Secure a consistent maintenance of the home furnishing feeling throughout the store. To be an active partner in the Commercial and Business planning process.YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Lead the leaders in the Store Operational Block to achieve a customer successful mechanical sales system.
  • Secure long term capacity in the store, re. goods, Food, non sales areas also through governance of the quality of the stock.
  • To guarantee IKEA Brand, ensuring that the Store Operational Block works in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety and security and the environment.
  • Secure an efficient store goods flow process and work with the supply chain as well as the store commercial block to secure the highest goods availability for customers at all times at the lowest possible cost.
  • Secure a tasty, healthy, safe, efficient and profitable IKEA Food service for customers and coworkers. I am accountable for ensuring the implementation of HACCP, the Finance and Admin manuals as well as ASR rules and guidelines.
  • Secure a customer friendly and cost effective execution of the receive payment process.
  • Secure a high level of stock accuracy throughout the store (furniture and food).
  • Maintain a high level of home furnishing feeling throughout the store, keeping up basics both in sales and non sales area.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop the talent and potential in the stores.
  • Guarantees a seamless shopping experience process in a continuous improvement mode through a high level of Basics in Sales Support Area.

  • Minimum of 5 years in a leading role in a multinational context within the Retail Mass Market or Operational, Logistics and Supply Chain sector
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to drive operations with efficiency and speed ensuring at the same time a high level of service
  • Ability to set budget, implement action plans and follow up cost and KPI to steer the business.
  • Process Improvement Process based on analytical and numerical skills.
  • Understand sales steering and how to optimise store capacity and secure availability.
  • Experienced in managing, inspiring, leading and developing people and creative processes in a changing environment and a proven record of strong and successful leadership.
  • Solid experience of planning and execution of business process and implementation of working method.
  • Ability to guide and inspire Process Improvement Process iniatiatives.
  • Analytical and numerical skills including managing of Cost and budget over a number of years.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly in Italian and in English.
