We’re headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION:Responsibilities:Take full ownership of client & supplier operations demandMonitor CR% and follow up actions for improvement (Selfset, HCN, supplier…)Build relationships with sales/clients & Sourcing/Suppliers to create win-win situationsDefine indicators and action plan around Contact per case and First time rightScreen market for best practices/technology & define demand management strategyOptimize call center operational team by defining potential TIER structure & demand distributionDefine & implement Omnichannel & Channel management (AI) strategiesMonitor and define strategies & action plans for DefectDesign, Implement, monitor and continuously improve a predictive model to detect potential: Bookouts & Increases in demandDesign, Implement, monitor and continuously improve demand alert systemRequirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience at travel industryDegree in Business Administration or TourismSkills:High level of ownershipAnalytic skillsAttention to detailsAbility to build bridges with the commercial functions & partnersAbility to build relationship within the organization at all levelsExcellent communication skillsProactive with a can-do attitudeA positive trouble-solver with excellent work ethicsGood MS Office skills (Tableau is a plus)You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
