• Reviewing the prepared maintenance package and preparing for the project
• Creating and keeping up-to-date schedules and capacity plans for maintenance
• Managing work package changes during maintenance
• Monitoring project efficiency
• Producing and issuing documents required for maintenance
• Managing software used within the company
• Closely collaborating with the project manager and their team
• Maintaining contact with the client’s maintenance planning group
• Participating in meetings related to projects
• Collaborating with other departments
• Administrative tasks

• BSc/MSc degree in mechanical engineering/automotive engineering
• Fluent English both verbal and written (mainly technical)
• Ability to make decisions under stressful situation
• Required to meet deadlines, must be comfortable prioritizing tasks, demonstrate flexibility, display a strong work ethic, and sense of urgency
• Strong organization, multitask handling skill
• Quick comprehension, very good conceptual and methodical competences
• Lifelong learning attitude
• Responsible and persevering personality
