You will lead on-site teams to deliver a best-in-class experience for our clients, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service, and a thriving community.What you’ll do:

  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, optimise processes, and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Lead with Passion: Inspire and motivate your teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.
  • Maximise Performance: Monitor key metrics, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Champion Quality: Implement and maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a Thriving Community: Develop a positive and engaging environment for our clients, building strong relationships and exceed their expectations with every interaction.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven Excellence: 3-5 years of operational management experience in a premium environment, such as hospitality, serviced offices, or high-end retail.
  • Leadership Prowess: A natural leader with a passion for developing and inspiring teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Operational Acumen: Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Commercial Acumen: Outstanding commercial thinking to drive profitability, optimise costs, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Identifying and implementing efficiencies: To streamline processes, and enhance productivity without compromising standards.
