We are looking for an Operations Manager for our site in Corcelles-lès-Cîteaux (21)! Reporting to the Site Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for Project Management, Procurement & Planning, Quality and Continuous improvement of Corcelles (Burgundy, 21) and Saint-Laurent (Vendée, 85).YOUR MISSIONThe Operations Manager will be based in Corcelles-lès-Cîteaux and will oversee the following Teams:

• Project Management – on both Corcelles and Saint-Laurent Sites

• Procurement and Planning – on both Corcelles and Saint-Laurent Sites
• Quality and Continuous Improvement – Corcelles Site

On this role, your mission will be to make sure that the Execution of the projects goes as efficiently as possible:

• collecting the execution blocking points from Project Management Team;
• making sure that the plannings are up-to-date and the parts procurement aligned with the project needs;
• setting a clear Quality and Continuous improvement roadmap to address the execution blocking points and improve our Productivity and Lead Times;
• deploying the World Class Manufacturing system on the sites.

The Operations Manager will be part of the Site Management Committee (CODIR).YOUR PROFILEYou have at least 5 years’ experience in a key role related to Production, Planning or WCM/Continuous Improvement deployment.You have a significant experience in managing wide Teams (more than 20 people) and being a Site Management Committee member.Perseverance, leadership, and a strong ability to adapt will be key skills for this role.You are proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
