• Operating and monitoring the automated production line

• Checking processes, quality, and production data (registering KPIs)

• Solving technical faults (independently or together with technicians)

• Leading the team (+/- 15 employees)

• Identifying and implementing improvements within the production process

• Reporting to the production manager

• Experience with production processes and preferably with operating installations in a production environment

• Insight into production figures and KPIs

• Able to work both independently and in a team

• Find safety, order, and cleanliness important

• Willing to work in two shifts (early and late)

• Able to lead a team of 15 people

• Speak and understand Dutch
