Your tasks
- Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes
- Enable accurate and timely recording, processing, and confirmation of orders
- Supporting implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working
- Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with compliance with organizational policies and service offering
- Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
- Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working
- Support continuous improvement of work processes
- Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes
What we expect
- You have proven experience in the corporate environment (Order Management is the most preferable, but it is not a must-have)
- You have an English language proficiency in speaking and writing (B2/C1 onwards)
- You are familiar with working in an international environment
- You have an approach consisting of effective communication, working as a team player, within the solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- It is desirable to know SAP and/or Salesforce in the working environment
- If you speak other European languages, it is a huge benefit
- You have an academic degree or equivalent professional qualification
