En juist dat maakt werken bij de Prysmian zo uitdagend!Voor onze afdeling Logistics in Eindhoven zijn wij op zoek naar een:Logistics Order Planner (1 FTE)Waar kom je terecht?
Als Logistic Order Planner ben jij een belangrijke speler in onze 24/7 productieomgeving. Je gaat aan de slag in een gemotiveerd team en maakt onderdeel uit van de afdeling Logistics. Op deze afdeling staat een optimale performance en levering naar de klanten toe centraal.In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Manager Logistics.Jouw belangrijkste taken:

• Beheren van de interne planningsprocessen met betrekking tot (MTO) orders in samenwerking met productie- en verpakkingsafdelingen;
• Beheren van consignatievezelvoorraad en verkooporders zowel bij de klant als in ons ERP-systeem (SAP);Het in goede banen leiden van de logistieke processen aangaande de verkoop-, kleur-, specialties-, en reworkorders in samenwerking met diverse afdelingen;
• Beheren van de vezelvoorraad in het vezelmagazijn én geeft aan wanneer er voorraden met incourante vezels accumuleren;
• Je stemt dagelijks af met interne stakeholders over de productie en past de planning hierop aan;
• Je beheert afroeporders van een externe vezelleverancier.

Als Logistics Order Planner bij Prysmian Eindhoven:

• Je bent een enthousiaste, betrouwbare en oplossingsgerichte medewerker die geen uitdaging uit de weg gaat en continu op zoek is naar verbetering van bestaande processen;
• Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of bedrijfskundige richting en hebt 2-4 jaar werkervaring in een relevante functie;
• Je bent in staat om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen, bent sterk in plannen en organiseren en hebt het vermogen om te overtuigen;

• Je hebt administratieve vaardigheden en een analytisch vermogen waarmee je kunt omgaan met druk van verschillende stakeholders;
• Je hebt kennis van ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP) en bent bekend met Microsoft Office, met name Excel;
• Je hebt ervaring met verbeterprocessen (zoals LEAN) en met wettelijke regels omtrent export;
• Je hebt kennis van incoterms en andere export gerelateerde processen (pré).

Verder heb je een proactieve werkhouding en ga je accuraat te werk. Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift en bent in het bezit van een Basis VCA certificaat of bereid om deze binnen 1 maand na het werken binnen onze organisatie te behalen.Wat bieden wij jou?

Je hebt recht op 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV dagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband.For our Eindhoven office, we are immediately looking for a:Logistics Order Planner (1 FTE)As a Logistics Order Planner, you are a key player in our 24/7 production environment. You ensure optimal and timely availability of products for our customers.Your main tasks:

• Managing the internal planning processes regarding (MTO) orders in cooperation with production and packaging departments;
• Managing consignment fibre stock and sales orders both at the customer and our ERP system (SAP);
• You manage the fibre stock in the warehouse and indicate when stock of obsolete fibres accumulate;
• You align on a daily basis with internal stakeholders on production and adjust planning accordingly;
• Managing call-off orders from an external fibre supplier.

• The department focuses on optimal performance and delivery to customers;
• In this position, you will report to the Manager Logistics.

As a Logistics Order Planner at Prysmian:

• You are an enthusiastic, reliable and solution-oriented employee who does not shy away from a challenge and is continuously looking to improve existing processes;
• You have a completed HBO education, preferably in a logistics or business administration direction and have 2-4 years of work experience in a relevant position;
• You are able to take decisions independently, are you strong in planning and organizing and do you have the ability to convince;
• You have administrative skills and analytical abilities that enable you cope with pressure from various stakeholders;
• You have knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and are familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• You have experience with improvement processes (such as LEAN) and with legal regulations regarding export (advantage);
• You have knowledge of incoterms and other export related processes (plus).
