In our center in Warsaw we support Diebold Nixdorf units throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa with accounting and order management services.As an Order to Invoice Specialist (OTI) with Italian (Warsaw), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the end-to-end OTI process. This position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and a strong interest in business administration or finance. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the OTI process, including order processing, invoicing, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.Location: 2 days per week in Warsaw officeResponsibilities:

• Create and administrate sales orders and purchase orders;
• Order management process / orders
• Issue customer invoices;
• Maintain and control data in the systems;
• Communication and coordination with Diebold Nixdorf entities and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with the Group’s controls, policies and procedures

Qualifications:Qualifications

• Good level of English and Italian (min. B2)
• Min. 1 year experience with any ERP (you will be trained on SAP by us)
• Customer service and/or accounting experience
• Business administration or accounting/finance education is a plus
