This role is being offered on a Permanent basis.

-Drive better business decisions through the creation of valuable insights

Summary of role:

Our people drive the performance of AIB. Organisation Effectiveness (OE) is a Centre of Excellence within the HR function that delivers the People agenda through, acquisition and management of talent, consistent talent development and ensuring the organisation has the right shape to meet evolving business needs in the medium to long term. Within OE, The Organisation Shape team brings a consultative approach to key strategic people initiatives and ultimately works towards a workforce that is the right shape, skill, size, site, spend and blend for the organisation to meet its objectives.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work on key HR projects including Org Design and Dynamic Workforce Planning, provide insight and consultancy on workforce shape and organisational effectiveness, to ensure the right capacity and capability is in the right place, enhancing business performance and supporting organisational change. If you enjoy working in a consultative way, using internal and external data and insights to guide and advise HR, the business, and other relevant stakeholders, that allows you to have an impact on delivering change within the organisation this role will interest you.   

Key Accountabilities:

-Deliver HR Change Solutions – Support the delivery of projects and/ or workstreams including strategic workforce planning, organisation design and other change programmes to meet HR and business needs. Your role will involve designing solutions, change management, stakeholder management and engagement, business readiness, and communications.
-Subject Matter Expertise – Develop deep knowledge of organisation design and advise the business on best practices for optimising talent and capability, helping to ensure that the right enterprise-wide conclusion is reached.
-Stakeholder Management – Have strong personal impact and credibility and be able to influence stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
-Identify opportunities for change – Provide advice and guidance to the business on the shape of their function. Evaluate issues and escalate them upwards along with recommendations and proposed solutions.
-Team player – Serve as a trusted and active team member on the OE team and collaborating with the wider HR team. Partner and provide consultancy to the HR Business Partners, and other HR and Business stakeholders.

What you will bring:

-Strong HR or related experience with knowledge of Org Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, HR metrics and experience using recognised tools and practices an advantage.
-Change Advocate – Have a passion for change and innovation, flexible to adapt to different priorities and adept at overcoming issues and challenges
-Strong people engagement skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage internal and external relationships – able to interface with all levels of the organisation, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations.
-Project Management experience including planning, building a business case, risk and issue management, multi-tasking and prioritisation, supplier management.
-The ability to think end to end and bigger picture.
