Our focus is on people and their wellbeing; the effective and efficient management of the budget; the safety and security of staff, Delegations, visitors and of the OECD’s data; maintaining and sustaining physical and digital infrastructure; and enabling the convening power of the OECD through conferences, meetings and events, whether virtual, physical or hybrid. Ours is a fast-paced environment focused on delivering management excellence across all of our functions.THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SERVICE (EXD/HRM)Within the Executive Directorate, the Human Resource Management Service (EXD/HRM) is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in managing the OECD’s human capital. It comprises three divisions (HR Operations, the Client Services Group and the Talent Management and Analytics Group), with a central Head Office providing direction and oversight.EXD/HRM is looking for a dynamic and strategic Organisational Development Lead to spearhead transformation and continuous improvement across the Organisation. This role will design, develop, and implement organisational strategies that strengthen the structure, enhance effectiveness, and enable strategic workforce planning. With a small, high-performing team, they will lead cross-functional initiatives, embed change, and ensure organisational alignment of the HR strategy and the OECD’s business requirements.
