Your new role
At Lundbeck, we are seeking a results driven Senior Manager of Organizational Development with proven expertise in strategic project management and success leading complex change initiatives. You will lead the Organizational Development team, applying strong project management skills to oversee critical workstreams and ensure deliverables through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment. With a solid background in change management, you will guide teams through transformation, foster adoption of new processes, and build resilience. Your ability to develop and engage high-performing teams will drive collaboration, innovation, and efficiency across global, cross-functional environments.

This role is part of Lundbeck’s’ People, Culture & Sustainability – Organizational Development and Change Management CoE reporting to Lisa Viklund.

What you bring to the team
-Experience in leading, coaching, and inspiring teams to achieve high performance and deliver results.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in global People & Culture processes within fast paced, agile environments.
-Proven ability to lead strategic projects, manage organizational change, and deliver innovative solutions.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge the status quo.
-Demonstrated success in collaborating with global stakeholders and thriving in rapidly changing environments.
