Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business economics, Finance or Accounting.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

-Good understanding of accounting principles (such as revenue recognition etc)

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Work Tasks:

– Generate accurate and complete sales orders based on information provided.

– Maintain consistent and clear communication with operations teams regarding job status.

– Prepare and process invoices according to established accounting practices and contract terms.

– Input and update data in SAP with high accuracy and attention to detail.

– Generate regular reports on sales order processing.

– Complete month-end and accounting close processes.
