Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business economics, Finance or Accounting.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

– Good understanding of accounting principles (such as revenue recognition etc)

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Work Tasks:

-Generate accurate and comprehensive sales orders based on provided information.
-Maintain consistent and clear communication with operations teams regarding job statuses.
-Prepare and process invoices in accordance with established accounting practices and contract terms.
-Input and update data in SAP with high accuracy and attention to detail.
-Generate regular reports on sales order processing.
-Complete month-end and accounting close processes.
-Support inventory control processes by reconciling inventory records with financial data.
