• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of client support professionals
• Ensure rigorous client due diligence in compliance with AML and KYC regulations
• Deliver high standards in client onboarding and compliance processes
• Collaborate with the Client Support Manager to align team activities with firm policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in AML/CDD is essential (legal or financial services)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
