Si tienes habilidades técnicas sólidas y te encanta transmitir tu pasión por el pádel a otros, esta es tu oportunidad de desarrollar tu carrera en un entorno dinámico y profesional.Responsabilidades:

• Planificar y conducir clases de pádel para diferentes niveles, desde principiantes hasta avanzados.
• Desarrollar programas de entrenamiento que mejoren la técnica y el rendimiento de los jugadores.
• Organizar y supervisar partidos y torneos para fomentar la competencia y el espíritu deportivo.
• Ofrecer asesoramiento y apoyo técnico para mejorar el juego de los alumnos.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia comprobable como técnico o instructor de pádel.
• Grado universitario o Técnico Superior del área, o certificaciones pertinentes en el área de trabajo
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para motivar a los jugadores.

• L2 / L3 Padel Coaching Qualification essential
