PARALEGAL/ LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR – EMEA (M/F) – Massy – SHORT TERM CONTRACT

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Legal Administrator/Paralegal to support our EMEA team

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

YOUR PROFILE

• Assistance and support to the EMEA legal team on matters handled by the department
• Act as the EMEA legal team point of contact, answering questions about standard form agreements / deal approval matrix / company procedures / status of the requests
• Preparation and review of standard correspondence, notices and other legal documents
• Administrative management of the documentation handled by the department
• Assistance in the review and establishment of contracts, in connection with lawyers
• Support for the process of signing, centralizing, digitizing, and organizing contracts at EMEA level
• Monitor deadlines
• Assist with various formalities (certification of signatures, apostille, legalization, etc.).
• Updating databases
• Link with the AMER and APAC legal departments
• Reception and processing of communications (mails, emails) received by management
• Collaborate with the different departments of the company
• Log invoices into our payment processing tool and support for departmental budget monitoring

Skills and Experience

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you

• Paralegal or legal administrative background
• 2+ years of experience in a legal department, preferably in the field of computer software
• Experience interacting with Senior Leaders / Executives
• Ability to work under tight deadlines when needed
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Drive, Docusign
• Very good writing and organization skills
• Proactive and reactive mindset
