Partner Manager – Norwegian Speaker – Digital MarketingWe are hiring a Junior Partner Manager to support the rollout of an innovative digital marketing solution across EU markets. Join a fast-growing social media platform backed by a global professional services leader. You will work closely with new and existing advertisers-educating, inspiring, and helping them achieve their campaign goals.What you will do· Identify and pitch to potential partners with tailored solutions· Onboard advertisers and set them up for long-term success· Build strategic marketing plans and nurture client relationships· Meet sales targets and collaborate with a high-performing teamWhat You Need· Fluent level of Norwegian, with good English skills· Strong digital marketing knowledge (CPA, CPC, ROAS, etc.)· Analytical thinker with great communication and training skills· Adaptable, and KPI-focusedWhat we offer

• Hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 from home) Office based in Dublin 3
• Monday to Friday
• Salary (€34k base + €15k commission)
