• Oversee Day-to-Day Brand Management: Spearhead the operational management of assigned brands, with a specific emphasis on executing brand activations during football matchdays.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients in the DACH region, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for German and English-speaking brand clients, providing timely and effective communication.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and upselling potential within existing client accounts, driving revenue expansion and strategic partnerships.
• Digital Signage Project Leadership: Act as the key liaison between clients, sporting clubs, and the AIM Sport design studio, ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Market Insights and Presentations: Develop and present comprehensive case studies and market trend analyses to clients, both in-person and virtually, to inform strategic decision-making and enhance client relationships.

• Language Skills: Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

• Client Communication: Experience in communicating effectively with top-tier clients, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to clients to maximize their experience with our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer success.
• Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within existing client accounts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies.
