Partnerships and Operations Assistant

We are living through a climate emergency, where our actions and behaviours are having a
devastating impact on the planet. We are looking for a dynamic coordinator with an interest in
building partnerships which tackle the climate emergency – someone with excellent communication
skills who can keep us on-track and organised, joining up our organisational funding and
partnership efforts with the goal of maximising our income and impact.

ReLondon is a partnership of the Mayor of London and the London boroughs to transform the city
into a low carbon circular economy, with a mission to revolutionise our relationship with stuff
and help London waste less and reuse, repair, share and recycle more. 

The Partnerships and Operations Assistant is a new role which will play a critical role in the
organisation by keeping track of our relationships, partners and funding position. You will
also provide cross-organisational administrative support for our operations and senior
management team; support recruitment and onboarding of new starters; and help run day-to-day
facilities and systems, all of which will give you the opportunity to learn and develop a wide
range of new skills. 

As a junior role, you do not need a lot of experience developing proposals and pitches, but
should be highly motivated and a quick learner with an interest in how non-profits are funded.
If you have worked in the public or non-profit sector before and have some professional
experience of coordinating partnership or funding activity across teams, this will be an ideal
role in which to grow and have impact. 

Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, great written and verbal skills, meticulous
record-keeping and a passion for climate action will all be additional factors which would make
you a stand-out candidate.
