The Role:

 

As a partnerships manager, you will manage and maximise a portfolio of high value corporate partnerships that deliver impact for Oxfam’s mission. You will be primarily responsible for delivering commitments across programmatic and engagement activities within our existing partnerships, exploring new strategic opportunities for collaboration and uplifting income, impact and influencing within the partnership portfolio.

 

You will also be responsible for delivering excellent relationship management and partnership engagement.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire supporters, colleagues and peers
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to address complex issues and produce clear and persuasive proposals and reports
  • Proven track record of engaging with and securing income partnerships with the Private Sector, and a commitment to giving Oxfam’s partners the best possible experience, demonstrating the impact their support is having on poverty and inequality
  • Brokering, partnering and facilitation skills to enable co-creation and greater collaboration across boundaries, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior level stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • Knowledge and understanding of the sector and trends in corporate sustainability and corporate giving
  • Ability to review and analyse programme budgets
