DescriptionPastoral Manager / Pastoral Lead – Full Time – Bradford – September StartVeritas Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a Pastoral Manager / Pastoral Lead for a full-time, long-term role starting in September.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pastoral professional to take a leading role in supporting student welfare, behaviour, and engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student development, able to build strong relationships, and confident working with young people facing a range of social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.Role Overview:Full-time, long-term position starting SeptemberOversee pastoral provision and student welfare across a year group or key stageLead on behaviour management strategies and attendance monitoringLiaise with SLT, teachers, parents, and external agenciesSafeguarding responsibilities and supporting SEMH needsWhat we’re looking for:Previous experience in a pastoral, behaviour, or inclusion role within a school settingStrong communication and leadership skillsUp-to-date DBS on the Update Service (essential)Ability to remain calm, resilient, and supportive in a busy school environmentAs well as this role, we have a variety of other opportunities across Bradford and West Yorkshire – full-time, part-time, and ad hoc supply positions available for both teaching and non-teaching staff.Interested?
