• set up contracts in the system and implement changes for construction projects
• perform credit checks before contract openings
• set up new vendors in the system
• administer payment runs including processing, controls, approvals, etc.
• ensure the archiving and adherence to archiving guidelines

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou’ll be working in the fund operations team in Wroclaw. As a project and construction specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting the construction and development team.Your expertise

• ideally some years of experience working in a similar role with a background in real estate
• bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field / or similar education
• proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and associated packages
• comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
• adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills (you have the human touch)
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• fluent in German and English
