Payroll Administrator – 5 month fixed term contract

MISSION

You will be part of the ARH/Paie payroll department (over 4,000 pay slips/month), made up of 9 payroll managers and reporting to the Manager,

RESPONSABILITIES

You will be responsible for the following tasks in complete autonomy: 

1) Manage payroll from entry to exit for a volume of around 450 payrolls,

2) Check pay slips,

3) Draw up employment contracts and amendments,

4) Management of absences, leave, sickness, maternity, working hours,

5) Management of STCs, Pôle Emploi certificates, IJSS follow-up, etc,

6) Management of charges and DSN. Preparation for URSSAF audits.

These tasks are not exhaustive, and you may be asked to carry out exceptional tasks.

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • With a minimum of a BAC+3, you have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of one of ADP GSI’s payroll tools (Decidium) would be a plus for your application,
  • You enjoy working in a team and have already processed a similar volume of payroll,
  • You have a strong sense of customer service (with HRPOs and employees), a sense of priorities, responsiveness, thoroughness, good organization and discretion in relation to the files handled, all of which are essential skills for this position,
  • A good command of office automation and English (oral and written) is a must.
