You’ll be proactive, collaborative, and eager to identify areas for process improvement. Experience in production environments and familiarity with SAP HR systems are a plus, but what matters most is your ability to deliver results while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. This role would be based out of our Logstor office in Denmark, working on a hybrid pattern.Reporting to the Head of Payroll – Europe, you’ll play a vital role in delivering accurate payroll services and benefits administration that meet legal and operational standards. You’ll also support senior managers and HR teams with payroll data and analysis, contributing to our business’s broader compliance and people goals.What impact you will make:Support accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll cyclesValidate pay inputs from sources including Kronos, PeoplePoint, and management dataProvide guidance on complex payroll components including bonuses, leave pay, commissions, and deductionsAct as a liaison with external payroll providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure complianceDeliver payroll reports and insights to support HR and senior leadership decisionsAdvise employees and managers on payroll matters, ensuring clarity and consistencyMaintain compliance with relevant employment legislation and statutory requirementsContribute to internal controls and audit readiness, including SOX documentationRecommend opportunities for streamlining payroll operations and boosting accuracyWhat you need to succeed:4+ years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume or production-based environmentStrong understanding of Finnish payroll regulations and statutory frameworks is essential, an understanding of Danish payroll regulations is a plusFamiliarity with SAP HR and payroll systems (advantageous but not essential)Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulasFluency in Finnish, Danish, and EnglishA detail-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approachAbility to thrive in a Shared Services or international business contextWhy join us:“We are passionate about doors and are one of the world’s largest manufacturers in this field.
