Purpose of Position

The Payroll Coordinator provides daily support within the payroll team and is responsible for executing payroll processes.

Tasks and Responsibilities
-Support daily payroll process execution, including payroll data entry and processing
-Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy.
-Research and problem solve more complex payroll deviations.
-Support off-cycle payrolls.
-Perform routine and non-routine payroll reporting for internal stakeholders.
-Support and maintain accurate documentation of new and existing processes, as needed.
-Test system updates, modifications and enhancements.
-Monitor and ensure compliance to internal company policies and external regulations.

Minimum Education

Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field.

Minimum Experience

3-5 years of related experience

-Knowledge & experience of payroll systems and common business applications
-Solid understanding of Full Payroll Cycle
-Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements
