Payroll ExecutiveOur client based in South Wicklow, is seeking a detail orientated and experienced Payroll Executive to join their team on a temporary basis. You will play an integral role in processing payroll and supporting the overall Finance function.For You:

• Temporary role.
• Parking onsite.
• €19-€26 per hour DOE.
• Weekly pay.
• Located in South Wicklow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the payroll function ensuring compliance with company policy and revenue.
• Maintain data records and ensuring accurate processing of payroll.
• Provide support in preparing payroll budgets and forecasts.
• General administration of company health insurance scheme and pension plans etc.
• Complete mandatory reports and filings.
• Prepare monthly payroll journals and determine any payroll accruals.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification is Business Studies, Accounting, or similar.
• 3-5 years’ experience within payroll.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
