• Execute all employee life cycle processes within HR Operation systems including hiring, on-boarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and terminations.
• Prepare and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy before submission to external payroll provider.
• Partner with Payroll provider with documentation for HR processes and procedures
• Manage registrations and changes to group life insurance, health insurance programs and other employee benefits

Actively participate in regional and global HR projectsYOUR BACKGROUND:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.5 years experience in payroll, compensation, or total rewards, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.Solid understanding of payroll regulations and compensation strategies in ItalyExperience with job architecture frameworks, merit cycles, bonus structures, and incentive plan design.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Zuchetti )Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).WHY JOIN US?
