• Master the entire Finnish payroll process for our small and medium sized (SME) customers, from start to finish.
• Participate in onboarding new customers and contributing to our service growth.
• Actively influence and improve both our own and our customers’ daily operations.
• Help shape tomorrow’s payroll services using cutting-edge technology.

What do you have to offer?

• You have at least two years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Finnish payroll processes
• You’re comfortable with technology, proficient with payroll systems and have excellent Excel skills. Experience from SD Worx W payroll engine is considered a plus.
• You’re fluent in Finnish and English
• Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering top-notch customer service
• You’re a solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• You’re curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn.
• Ready to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and excited to take initiative
