Are you ready to join us?What can you expect?A unique opportunity to complete a comprehensive training program (3 months). You will be immersed (theory and practice) in Belgian social legislation and learn to work with pay package tools. After the training program, you will be deployed as Payroll Officer and put your knowledge of tools, social legislation, payroll and HR topics to use for Small Medium Enterprises clients from the Belgian market.Do you like diving into the content, working on projects and being very strong in terms of payroll technology? Are you analytical? Do you like teamwork? Then you are the ideal addition to our FIT Officers team.Within this international team (including colleagues in Belgium) you will take on the challenge of working on, optimizing and standardizing transactional, payroll processes.Who are we looking for?

• You like working behind the scenes, without much direct external customer contact
• You enjoy working with figures and content
• You like to focus on correctness and efficiency
• You do have an eye for the customer experience, and work with the payco to optimize the customer experience.
• You have a strong interest in personnel management in general, remuneration, payroll and legislation in particular;
• You speak Dutch and French is a plus;
• You are a real team player;
• You enjoy working on projects;
• You are looking for an instructive first work experience or already have one;
• You have at least a bachelor degree or equivalent experience;
• Analytically and administratively strong;
• You live in Spain and have the ability to work hybride
