You have probably seen our cars pass by!We have seen strong business growth over the recent years and to keep further accelerating our growth we have a new opportunity for a Payroll Officer in our HR team.As a Payroll Officer, you are responsible for efficiently managing our European payroll process and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers for all Payroll-related questions and oversee, together with your HR colleagues, the hiring and onboarding process of our European team.Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time for all employeesActing as a first point of contact for managers and employees regarding various Payroll-related matters, but also around the monthly payroll, expat questions, and personnel administrationProviding support to our Finance department for the annual closure, using the necessary reports on headcount, personnel costs, etc.Guiding and facilitating employees on IND procedures, working permits, visas, and 30 % ruling questionsMaintaining various portals like Nmbrs, UWV, IND, Arbodienst, pension portal, lease company, and ATS system RecruiteeAssist in the recruitment and onboarding process and preparing employment contracts.Process employee terminations and conduct exit interviews.Pro-actively advising optimization of the HR processes and proceduresAssist in HR reporting and data analysis as needed.Participating in various HR projectsPreparing internal communicationConsulting with the employer and identifying employment needsJob requirementsBachelors degree in Human Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience (PDL is pré)3+ years’ experience in payrolling processing and HR administrationExcellent Dutch and English languageExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong financial acumenAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Good knowledge of the HR fundamentals including Dutch employment legislationDriven by a strong sense of integrity and professional ethicsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationshipsWhat we offerA challenging job in a strong growing international companyA team of over 200 talented and helpful colleagues from many different countriesLots of room for personal growth (training, courses, or coaching)Competitive salary including work-from-home and travel allowance25 vacation days, the possibility to buy up to 35 vacation daysDiscount on your sports subscriptionApply now and we will be in touch within 24 hours
