Job description

We’re currently collaborating with a highly innovative biotech organisation that are searching for an experienced individual able to implement PBPK models alongside quantitative methodologies to enhance their ongoing innovative antibody programs.The role:

Prepare PBPK and/ PKPD M&S-based strategies to support nonclinical and clinical development programs
Design, conduct, interpret and prepare appropriate study and regulatory summaries of PBPK and PKPD M&S activities
Serve as scientific reviewer and staff mentor to colleagues
Prepare and present scientific publications
Stay up to date with the latest developments in Pharmacometrics techniques and software

Requirements:

Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent experience) with proven industry track record in drug development
Excellent understanding of the integration of PBPK and PKPD M&S into nonclinical and clinical drug development
Demonstrated expertise in hands-on pharmacometrics modeling and simulation software; R, MATLAB, Simcyp, Gastroplus etc
Proven mentorship capabilities
Excellent communication skills
