So we are very curious about what you can bring to our team.Your Role and Responsibilities:As a Pega DevOps Engineer in our organistaion, you will spearhead our FEC initiatives, driving the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our systems and processes. You will lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and developers, to deliver state-of-the-art systems that enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include among others:

• Take ownership in end-to-end Pega project implementations, including solution design, system configuration, and integration.
• Translating business requirements into scalable and robust Pega-based solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Mentoring and guiding (a) team(s) of junior Pega developers, fostering a culture of innovation, and promoting professional growth.
• Conducting thorough system testing, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Pega platform updates, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pega Senior System Architect, working on complex projects and handling end-to-end implementations.
• Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions.
• Great vision on the way of working in a DevOps environment.
• Proficiency in system integration, web services, and API development.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to bring along people in your vision.
