rôl hon yn cynnwys arwain tîm arbenigol sy’n ymgysylltu’n uniongyrchol â phobl ac yn eu
hysbrydoli i achub byd natur, gan gyflawni ein gwaith ieuenctid, ein rhaglenni gwirfoddoli,
natur a llesiant, datblygu cymunedol a chynnig chymorth i’n grwpiau lleol. Mae’r rôl yn adrodd
i’r Pennaeth Codi Arian a Chyfathrebu.
Sgiliau, gwybodaeth a phrofiad hanfodol:
1. Profiad o arwain a datblygu timau drwy arweinyddiaeth weladwy, ysbrydoledig ac effeithiol,
gan sicrhau bod gweithwyr a gwirfoddolwyr yn cael eu cynnwys a’u cymell.
2. Sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol ar lafar ac ar bapur i gyflwyno, dylanwadu a chynrychioli’r
sefydliad.
3. Sgiliau cydweithio i feithrin cysylltiadau a phartneriaethau.
4. Gallu dylanwadu ar eraill, meithrin partneriaethau a negodi.
5. Gallu arwain newid.
6. Gwybodaeth gadarn am ddulliau ac arferion ymgysylltu â phobl gan gynnwys gwirfoddoli, gwaith
ieuenctid a datblygu cymunedol.
7. Sgiliau rheoli prosiect, gan weithredu fel Swyddog Gweithredol ar nifer o brosiectau

ynghylch sut rydych chi’n bodloni’r sgiliau, yr wybodaeth a’r profiad a restrir uchod.
Bydd y rôl hon yn gofyn am gwblhau DBS/PVG/Access NI yn ogystal â’r gwiriadau cyn cyflogi
safonol.
What’s the role about?
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who can bring their collaborative
leadership skills to manage our engagement work in Wales. This is a great opportunity at an
exciting time in the development of our people engagement work in Wales and the wider
organisation. This role leads a specialist team that both directly engages with and inspires
people to save nature; delivering our youth work; our volunteering delivery; our nature and
wellbeing, community development and support for our local groups. The role reports to the Head
of Fundraising and Communications.
A key element of the role will be ensuring that our work to engage and empower people across
Wales is integrated into all areas and is aligned with strategy and standards at UKHQ and
aligned across the four countries while meeting the political, social and economic context of
Wales.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
1. Experience of leading and developing teams through visible, inspiring, and effective
leadership, engaging and motivating employees and volunteers.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present, influence and represent the
organisation.
3. Collaboration skills to build relationships and partnerships.
4. Ability to influence others, build partnerships and negotiate.
5. Able to lead change.
6. Sound knowledge of people engagement approaches and practices including volunteering, youth
work and community development.
7. Project management skills, to act as Project Executive for several exciting projects.
8. Ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively and multi-task.

This role will require completion of a DBS/PVG/Access NI in addition to the standard
pre-employment checks.
