As the Pensions Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of pension projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. You will lead a talented team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Responsibilities

• Ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines
• Oversee new client implementations, meeting quality standards
• Develop and support team to deliver service excellence

• Manage risks and issues through effective project planning

Requirements

• Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management
• Strong technical knowledge of DB pension schemes
• Background in operations management and leadership
• Understanding of regulatory bodies in the pensions sector
• Expert knowledge of implementation processes and system migration
• In-depth understanding of operational processes for pension administration
• Experience in requirements gathering, design, and documentation
