People Business Partner | 6-Month Contract | Dublin, Hybrid (3 Days in Office) | Up to €500 per DayJoin a leading global payments technology company and play a key role in shaping its people strategy. As a People Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and support talent acquisition.Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to implement and execute the People Strategy.
• Lead HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring impactful results.
• Manage employee relations (ER) cases, providing expert guidance to managers.
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Leverage data analytics to drive strategic decision-making.

About You:

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within the tech industry or multinational corporations.
• Strong expertise in employee relations and managing complex HR scenarios.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field; CIPD membership (or working towards it) preferred.
