The People & Culture (P&C) Officer serves as a key support in the administration and execution of P&C BP activities. This position contributes to fostering an inclusive, engaged, and high performing workforce while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Your Responsibilities
-Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic goals and drive a culture of executional excellence.
-Provide expert guidance on HR practices, including performance management and employee relations.
-Support and advise on HR matters, utilizing a people-centric approach.
-Support in Talent Management processes, including onboarding and talent development.
-Analyse P&C metrics and trends to propose data-driven solutions and enhance overall workforce effectiveness.
-Coordinate initiatives with the P&C colleagues in Germany.
What You Bring
-Demonstrated first experience in HR practices and principles.
-Good understanding of human resources practices and principles.
-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong administrative and coordination skills, with an eye for detail.
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Business fluency in English and Dutch.
-Very good knowledge of French (B1)
