Join us and be part of a team that values excellence, collaboration, and innovation.About the roleAs a People Partner, you will be a key member of the People Business Partnering team, working closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals. This strategic role requires a consultative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary People contact for terminal/function leaders, providing expert guidance on all People-related matters.
• Drive the local execution of the annual HR cycle, including performance management, engagement, and objective setting.
• Partner with leaders to implement the People Strategy and support organizational change initiatives.
• Resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
• Deliver training and workshops aligned with the People calendar and strategic priorities.
• Support on-site recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with regional EEO and CoEs to ensure effective delivery of People processes and continuous improvement.
• Own People Analytics and VMS data accuracy, using insights to drive decision-making and improvements.
• Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree in HR, Business, or related field (Engineering also considered).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist or business partner roles.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and consult with senior leaders.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data analysis tools.
• Training in coaching, mediation, or organizational development is a plus.
• Agile mindset and experience in transformation contexts preferred.
