Permissions and Administration Support Land Management

Role purpose
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated professional with excellent
organisational skills to help support the work of our Land Management Team in Mid Wales. As
Technical Support, you will play a key role in engaging with a wide variety of internal and
external stakeholders to help manage the day to day systems and processes that enable NRW to
deliver it’s wide ranging Land Management remit across Mid Wales. These processes include
managing the NRW permissions system to allow third parties access to NRW managed land.
Qualifications and skills
- Possess good literacy, numeracy and IT skills (Microsoft Office) and have the ability to
work unsupervised. - Previous relevant working in an office environment preferably within a customer facing
role. - Good communication, inter-personal and customer care skills with the ability to adapt your
style and content depending on the person or group of individuals and the nature of the
relationship. - Have basic analytical skills and the ability to extract and understand data and
information. - The ability to multi-task be able to work at pace and have a track record of delivery.
