Offer DescriptionPosition 1: The research will focus on the arrangement, reorganization, and digitization of the Archives of the Archaeological Mission in the Tadrart Acacus and Messak (southwestern Libya), founded by F. Mori in 1955 and active in the field until 2011 (the beginning of the civil war). Particular attention will be given to the site of Takarkori, a key context in Saharan prehistory and protohistory.
Position 2: Acquisition and computer formalization of the archive of the Broglio di Trebisacce excavations (1979-2015). Data are in multiple analog formats and must be acquired in interoperable digital formats. The data will be entered into the archive management architecture of the Departmental Excellence Project. The activity requires expertise in the protohistory of southern Italy and knowledge of Italian historical archives, as well as the ability to decode handwriting.Where to apply E-maildirettore.antichita@cert.uniroma1.itRequirementsAdditional InformationEligibility criteriaPosition 1: Master’s degree in Archaeology.
