Full Time – 12 month contract

This role is available on a full-time basis but we are happy to consider applications for those wishing to work 0.8FTE / 4 days a week (pro-rata).

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fantastic team in a very varied and challenging role, where hybrid working is available, usually two days in the office and three working from home. You will be joining a friendly and collaborative group of experienced colleagues, all of whom are looking forward to supporting you in being a success in the role.

The position supports the Pro Vice-Chancellor (PVC) who is responsible for research & global partnerships. The PVC is part of the senior leadership of the University and this would suit an experienced and flexible Personal Assistant to join our professional services team in the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.

As Personal Assistant you will be the first point of contact for the PVC, so tact, discretion, and a welcoming and positive attitude are essential. You will be reliable, adaptable and resilient; someone who is committed to delivering high-level confidential support.
