Job Brief:Are you a law, business, or tax student looking for a truly hands-on and exciting internship? Join us for a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO as we set up multiple international company from scratch!This is not a theoretical internship. You’ll get an inside look at founding and structuring foreign entities, working side-by-side with corporate service providers, legal and tax experts. You’ll gain real experience, take responsibility, and walk away with knowledge that will shape your professional and personal future.The internship is fully remote, and you’ll be part of a highly professional international team, collaborating across borders using modern tools.Responsibilities:Support the CEO in the full process of opening foreign subsidiaryParticipate in legal structuring, investor preparation, registrations, and operations setupAssist in preparing documents for lawyers, tax advisors, and government bodiesConduct research on legal, tax, and compliance frameworks in various countriesHelp coordinate remote communication between stakeholdersAttend online meetings with the CEO and international service providersSkills Required:Student of Law, Business Administration, Finance, or Taxation in later semestersStrong motivation to learn and contributeVery good written and spoken English (German or other EU languages are a plus)Structured thinking and attention to detailAbility to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting
